At Cork N Crust Bellevue, we take pride in our gourmet pizzas, house-smoked wings, a unique wine selection, and a trendy and comfortable ambiance. All our gourmet crusts and flatbreads are handmade using our unique sauce recipe and special cheese blend. Our menu also features weekly specials, charcuterie boards, specialty salads, and vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
We offer a unique selection of wines from all over the world available by the glass or bottle, including 16 wines on tap. Wine flights, our special blend Cork’s Coolers, crafted cocktails and a selection of international beers are part of our bar selection.
We believe that with quality and care we can make every meal extra special for our guests. We’re happy to serve the Bellevue, Northern Kentucky, and Greater Cincinnati area, and we look forward to serving you some of the best pizza and wine in town, one Cork N Crust at a time! We now have outside seating available on our back patio as well as front side-walk seating.

Our Founders
Founders Deb and Billy brought Cork N Crust to life through a shared love of great food, great wine, and meaningful community connections. After years of careers that took them across the country, Deb, originally from Wisconsin, and Billy, a Navy veteran and Northern Kentucky native, returned to the region and began imagining a restaurant that combined gourmet pizza with a thoughtful wine experience. Their vision became Cork N Crust in Bellevue, where Deb focuses on planning and marketing while Billy served as general manager, working together to create a welcoming neighborhood spot built around fresh, house-made recipes, quality ingredients, and a passion for hospitality. Today, that same spirit continues through their family, as Billy’s sons have become an integral part of the team, helping lead day-to-day operations and carry forward the values and experience he helped build.
